Puzhou Plaza

Puzhou Plaza

Located in the Nansha Bay startup area, Puzhou Plaza has a total floor area of about 120,000 square meters. Twelve low-rise European-style buildings and a large public square form a low-density commercial complex. Through renewal and micro-upgrading beginning in 2025, it will become a high-end coastal cultural, tourism and commercial complex integrating creative offices, cultural commerce, artful living, social leisure and sightseeing. As a key upgrade project in Nansha Bay, Puzhou Plaza will continue to introduce international business formats and build a Greater Bay Area creative hub.
