With an innovative plan for 32-835 meters of two-level street shops, the project adopts a 6-meter-high ground-floor design, enabling a “one floor into two” spatial value upgrade and fully meeting the personalized needs of diverse business formats.

Centered on experiential commerce, the project has successfully introduced distinctive brands such as Huafengchuan Western Restaurant and Bay Shore Bistro, while also bringing together creative formats including cultural and creative workshops and designer concept stores.

The unique “Shek O Space” market features themed areas such as container shops and trunk markets, and regularly hosts various themed market events, creating a vibrant and dynamic commercial atmosphere.
